Sarah Morgan, a defense attorney in Washington, District of Columbia, is well regarded as an authority in her field and enjoys a high level of respect in the community. She is 33 years old, a partner at her company, and her life is going just as she had anticipated it to at this point.

It is not possible to say the same thing about her husband Adam. He is a writer, but he hasn't accomplished much in his area and hasn't established much of a living for himself as a result of his writing career.
